Be the Welcoming Face of Galileo Place!

Calling all musicians and artists!

Our wonderful team over at Galileo Place adult day program are searching for compassionate volunteers
who are willing to lead art and music classes.
Thanks to a generous grant from Thomas P Raley foundation they are looking to expand the creative creative program for our seniors.

The Adult Day Program (ADP) is held at Galileo Place. It is an adult day facility that provides respite care, socialization, and enrichment activities for elderly adults and adults with mild cognitive impairments.

The hours of the ADP are Mon-Fri 9:00 am-3:00pm.

The Adult Day Program is looking for volunteers who would like to socialize and support the clients attending ADP.  You will work with the volunteer coordinator at Galileo Place to find your fit at the program. 

We welcome you to support Galileo Place!!

***By California Law, volunteers need to be at least 18 years of age to volunteer at Galileo Place Adult Program*** There is also an additional fingerprinting requirment for this volunteer opportunity due to our licensing. 
 

Opportunity to help with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other assigned tasks for our adult day program at Galileo Place Adult Day Care Center. Please note that you will have to undergo another background check from the state department of justice in order to volunteer at ADP.
