We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the YoloCares team in a vital role as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. This position is essential to ensuring that we fulfill our mission to serve every patient, every family, every time.

About the Role: As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and families. Your warm welcome and efficient handling of inquiries will set the tone for their experience with YoloCares. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including answering phone calls, forwarding messages, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, patients, and families with a friendly and helpful demeanor.Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.Maintain and organize patient and visitor information.Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Shift Information:

Shifts needs:  12 PM - 3PM  or 2PM - 5PM.Flexible scheduling to fit your availability!
