Volunteer Orientation Wed. August 19th, 3 p.m. -6 p.m. in the Main Office Conference Room @ 3:00pm

Volunteer orientation will teach you the ins and outs of our volunteer program as well as the history/priorities/policies of our agency. We will also complete the last two qualifications together, the Perfect Visit and the Hand Hygiene tests. This orientation is for those focused solely on volunteerism.

We need 2-3 volunteers who are able to assist with facilitating skills and learning around Indigenous cultures at an event at the Maidu Center in Roseville: plants, music, cultural burning, T.E.K. such as Tule Cordage making, clay, weaving , soaproot brushes, foraging, acorn processing, etc. This program is in Roseville.
