Exciting news! We are
thrilled to announce the official launch of our TruHue Cultural Climate
Assessment. Beginning today, Monday, January 20th, each of
you is invited to participate in the TruHue
Cultural Assessment Survey© (THCAS). THCAS is our
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEIB) survey designed to gather
comprehensive and meaningful insights from our diverse team. It is crucial as
it helps us understand the current state of our workplace, identify areas for
improvement, and shape meaningful DEIB initiatives. On average, the survey
takes about 13-17 minutes to complete. Your thoughtful responses
will contribute significantly to the richness and accuracy of the data.
This survey is not just
a questionnaire; it's a pivotal step in our collective journey towards shaping
a workplace that reflects the rich tapestry of human experiences. Please use
