he Life Transitions Project at YoloCares upholds our mission to ensure that every person in our communities has access to the high-quality end-of-life care they deserve. Committed to efforts to reach those most under-served in our communities we consistently engage in outreach to meet people where they are.
One such opportunity is Saturday, October 21st, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. YoloCares has been invited to sponsor a booth at the 3rd Annual South Sacramento Family Wellness Festival at Shasta Community Park located at 7407 Imagination Pkwy in Sacramento.
This event is an opportunity to engage in underserved communities, build relationships with other service providers to maximize access for these communities, and meet families and individuals who could benefit from services but may have no other opportunity to hear about them before the care is needed.
