Hi all,
Please join us for a Halloween potluck and costume contest in the main conference room on Tuesday, October 31! Prepare your tastiest treat to share and pick out your silliest/spookiest/most creative costume for a chance to win prizes! This year’s categories will be:
- Funniest Costume
- Best Group Costume
- Most Creative Costume
There will be a potluck sign-up sheet in the kitchen the week prior. If you are a clinician, please be prepared to change out of your costume before visiting patients. Please keep in mind when planning your costume that clients, children, and families may visit the office so please avoid anything morbid, scary, or gory. All costumes must follow office dress codes (not revealing, shoes must have a backstrap, etc.)
