Come into the office on Saturday 11/04/23 anytime between 10AM - 1PM to take the perfect visit competency test, and to be certified in the perfect.
Certification will only take about 10-15 minutes.

The Volunteer Perfect Visit" - an annual training designed to provide our valued volunteers with clear guidelines and expectations for patient visits. This training will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to create meaningful and comforting interactions for our patients and their families. The perfect visit was designed with the CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Hospice survey in mind, to ensure that we are holding ourselves accountable to Medicare standards, as well as our YoloCares standards. You will learn more about this in the PowerPoint. Please note that ALL YoloCares staff, volunteers, and board members are required to be certified in the perfect visit per company policy.
