We have a 68 year old male palliative patient residing in his home in Dixon, diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Patient is alert and oriented and struggles with shortness of breath. He previously worked as a truck driver. Patient has two dogs in the home. Searching for a volunteer to provide socialization.
