We have a 76 year male hospice patient residing at home in Fairfield. Patient is alert and oriented with moments of confusion and is ambulatory with a walker/wheelchair. Family is requesting a volunteer to provide caregiver relief. If you are a plant lover this guy is a plant guy!!
