This is a unique pt. he is young, 38 and is terminal. What he asks for is for someone to rub his legs as they are no longer working and they feel better when they have pressure applied to them. You need to feel comforable with this, it is a service to him. He is very sweet and chatty as well. He lives with his family who adores him and is devistated by his situation.
