Client is an 81 yr old male who lives in Davis with his wife. He worked for US Army Corps of Engineers for many decades and travelled all over the world for his career. Client has dementia which was diagnosed 6 yrs ago. He attends Galileo Place and Sat. Club. Client likes to read the newspaper and go for walks with his dog, Lucky. Client's wife would like a volunteer for her husband for socialization and to provide her some respite. Client would like to go for walks with his dog and the volunteer. Client would also enjoy going out for coffee with the volunteer. He prefers an older male or female volunteer.
